Bean sprouts with Crab balls Soup

Here is my own recipe of tagui (bean sprout) with crab balls.

You will need:

·         One pack of bean sprout

·         One pack of crab balls (around 15-20 pieces) – you can make it half

·         A handful of snowpeas

·         1 medium size carrots – cut into match sticks

·         Onion

·         Garlic

·         Oil

·         Salt & pepper

·         Broth cube (of your choice) – this time I used pork

How to cook:

·         Sauté’ garlic and onion until brown and translucent

·         Add pepper and salt to taste

·         Add snow peas – mix and cook for at least 2 -3 minutes

·         Add crab balls – mixed and simmer for 1 minute

·         Add water (enough to cover the pack of bean sprout) – bring to boil

·         Add bean sprout, mix and simmer for another 4-5 minutes

·         Use some of the soup to liquefy or melt your broth cube and add/mix it up to the soup

·         Simmer for a couple of minutes

·         Add carrots, mix and your soup is ready!

Tip: It tastes best with kimchi on the side J

Enjoy and God Bless!
