This recipe is a #KusinaNiKayne revision of a Korean snacks -
Tuppoki . Because I am having a hard time looking for a rice cake, I have
decided to re-create this snack and even make it a viand J
See the recipe below:
- 1 pack Fish balls (more or less 10-12 balls) – you can cut it into half or keep it as it is.
- 1 pack of Fish Tofu cake rolls (it has 6- rolls) – you may slice it into thin pieces. Shrimp (optional)
- Onion
- Garlic
- Spring onion (for seasoning)
- Carrots
- Cabbage
- Kimchi (if available) – but optional as long as you have carrots and cabbage.
- 1 Knorr fish cube (shrimp is also ok)
- Salt & Pepper to paste
How to Cook
- Sauté garlic & onion until translucent
- Add 1-2 cups of hot water and knorr fish cube, wait until it boils
- Add 2 spoon-full red pepper paste (you may add more based on how spicy you want it) – mix
- Keep it until it boils and add vegetables (Carrots, cabbage and kimchi)
- Season with salt & pepper mix and wait for another 1-2 minutes
